Denia Holiday Apartments' villas, apartments and townhouses are generally rented from Saturday to Saturday, although we will always try to accommodate other arrangements whenever possible.

During the peak season of July/August our villas, apartments and townhouses tend to be booked up early so please don't hesitate to check the availability of our holiday rentals. Just email us as soon as possible if you see a villa, apartment or townhouse in the Club Nautico (Yacht Club and Marina), Las Marines, El Cortijo, or Las Rotes area that you would like to book as a holiday rental.

Please email us with your preferred dates, or if you have any enquiries. We will usually reply within a 24 hour period.

Also email us with any enquiries about long lets, particularly out of season. These are ideal for house-hunters thinking of buying in the Northern Costa Blanca area and special terms are often available.

Late availability enquiries are also welcome. Special offers are frequently available, as owners will frequently prefer to let their villa, apartment or townhouse at a reduced rate than leave it empty.
